Members of the PROFILES Community will be able to benefit from and participate in all the services and advantages offered at any time, either through the website, groups and Instagram channels, or any other means.

Additional requirements to be met by members of the PROFILES Community for each specific event will be expressly established at the time of subscription or application for participation.

Responsibility

Members of the PROFILES Community agree to make proper and legitimate use of the services and benefits offered and the contents of this Website and not to use them for illegal activities, whether civil, administrative, criminal or any other; not to violate the provisions of these terms and conditions and other sections of the PERFILES LATAM website to comply with the instructions and what it establishes in its communications with members, and not to violate current legislation, especially regulations on intellectual and industrial property, data protection, rights to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image.

Members, with full indemnity for PERFILES LATAM, shall be liable for any damages caused and/or third parties arising directly or indirectly from their actions or omissions.
Likewise, by way of example only and in no way limiting or excluding, members of the PROFILES Community agree not to enter, transmit or disseminate:

• Content of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or terrorist nature, or content that violates human rights.
• Contents that promote criminal, denigrating, defamatory or violent acts or, in general, are contrary to the law, morals, good customs and public order.
• Information or contents that violate fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized both constitutionally and in international treaties or, simply, that are disturbing or antisocial, including flaming, spamming, flooding, trolling and griefing, as these terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.
• Information or content that involves the violation of intellectual and industrial property rights (including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks and copyrights).
• Unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam, chain emails, pyramid schemes, etc.

Image Rights

Users who participate in community activities authorize PERFILES LATAM so that their names, surnames, image and voice can be captured, reproduced and published through any media, including social networks, for the management of the activities themselves or new editions, as well as advertising campaigns, or any other activity related to the services, events or benefits offered by the PROFILES Community, and without this authorization conferring them the right to receive any type of remuneration.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with Panamanian law.

For any litigation arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these terms and conditions, the courts and tribunals that correspond according to the legislation in force shall have jurisdiction.
